Perhaps you're here because…

You're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that are difficult to change.

You're navigating grief, loss, illness, or the changes that come with midlife or other major life transitions.

You're struggling in your relationships, feeling creatively stuck, or questioning your sense of purpose.

Or perhaps you're simply curious about yourself and want to explore your inner world more deeply.

Some of the experiences we might explore

Creativity and self-expression

For artists, writers, and creative people navigating blocks, self-doubt, or questions about their work and identity.

Grief and loss

Making space for the complexities of grief, including profound loss, illness, and the ways loss can change our relationship to ourselves and others.

Midlife and life transitions

Exploring the changes that come with midlife and the second half of life, when familiar roles and identities may begin to shift and new questions about meaning and purpose emerge.

Therapy that goes beneath the surface

Drawing from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and Jungian perspectives, we'll explore the emotions, patterns, and unconscious influences that shape your experiences and relationships.

Together, we may also explore dreams and images as ways of connecting with aspects of ourselves that aren't always accessible through words alone.

Becoming more fully yourself isn't about striving for perfection or meeting others' expectations. It's about developing a deeper relationship with who you are.

Meet Jade

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years working as an artist, educator, and community-based arts practitioner. My experience in the arts continues to shape the way I approach psychotherapy, with an appreciation for creativity, curiosity, and the complexities of being human.

My clinical training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy at The Maple Counseling Center and advanced studies in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS).

I'm especially interested in the things that aren't always easy to recognize or put into words.
